Mobile App Development

Flutter mobile app development for Android and iOS, backed by a secure Laravel or Node.js API. One developer for the app, the backend and the architecture.

Who it's for

  • Startups that need an Android and iOS app and the backend behind it, built by one person who owns both
  • Businesses with a Laravel or PHP system that now want a mobile app on top of it
  • Teams that have an app idea and need the architecture, data model and API designed properly from the start

One developer for the app and the backend

Most app projects go wrong in the backend, not the screens: slow APIs, weak authentication, and a database that can’t grow with the users. Backend work is my core. I’ve built Laravel REST APIs for vehicle data platforms and rebuilt a fitness platform’s nearby search to cut map load time from about 7 seconds to 3. When I build your app, the API, the data model and the security get the same care as the screens.

How I build mobile apps

I design the architecture and the data model myself, then build the Flutter app with AI coding agents in small steps that I review and test before they’re merged. That approach let me ship mobile work well beyond my core stack, including a mobile arcade game in Flutter and a live streaming social party app with a Flutter client, a Node.js and Express API and a Next.js web app. You can read how I work with AI and what I never hand over to it.

What you get

You get one person who understands the whole product, from the button on the screen to the query in the database. You see progress every week as a build on your own phone, and you get documentation for the API and the codebase, so another developer can pick it up later.

Before you start

Tell me who the app is for, the three or four things it must do in the first release, and whether you already have a website or system it needs to connect to. That’s enough for a first conversation and a written plan.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Talk

A short call about the app, who will use it and which features must be in the first release.

  2. 2

    Plan

A written plan with the screens, the data model, the API and the order we build them in.

  3. 3

    Build

Small, reviewed steps with a test build you can install on your phone every week.

  4. 4

    Release and support

Store-ready builds, help with submission, and fixes after the first users arrive.

Questions clients ask

Do you build for both Android and iOS?

Yes. I use Flutter, so one codebase produces both apps. Publishing to the App Store needs an Apple developer account in your name, and I help you set it up.

Is Flutter your main stack?

No. My core stack is PHP and Laravel on the backend. I build Flutter apps with AI coding agents while I design the architecture and review every change, so you get a well-structured app and a backend I know deeply.

Can you build the backend too?

Yes, and it is usually the part that matters most. I design the API, the database and the authentication, in Laravel or Node.js, so the app stays fast and secure as users grow.

Can you add an app to my existing website or system?

Usually. If your system is in Laravel or PHP, I add a documented API to it and build the app on top, so the website and the app share the same data.

Tell me what you're building and what you need help with, and I'll reply with the next steps.
