Who it's for

  • Shops, pharmacies and restaurants where the internet or electricity is unreliable
  • Businesses that don't want a monthly subscription for a cloud POS
  • Owners who need a POS that fits how their shop actually works, not a generic one

Built for shops where the internet drops

A cloud POS stops selling when the connection does. In many shops in Pakistan that happens every day, with load shedding and patchy mobile data. An offline POS keeps every sale, product and stock count on the computer at the counter, so the shop keeps working whatever the network is doing.

Proven on a real build

I’ve built an offline POS system for Windows in Flutter, designed around a local database as the single source of truth, so checkout never waits on a network. I designed the architecture and the data model myself and built it with AI coding agents, reviewing and testing every change. You can read how I work with AI and why the engineering decisions stay with me.

Made to fit your counter

Every shop sells differently. A pharmacy needs batches and expiry dates, a restaurant needs quick table orders, and a general store needs fast barcode checkout. I start by watching how your counter works and build the screens around it, so your staff need less training and make fewer mistakes.

Data you can rely on

The POS is only as good as its data. I design the database so sales and stock always add up, keep a clear history of every change, and agree a backup routine with you before go-live, so a broken computer never means lost records. My background is backend engineering, so this part gets the most care.

How the work runs

  1. 1

    Talk

A visit or call to see how your counter works today, what you sell and what slows you down.

  2. 2

    Plan

A written plan with the screens, the data you need to keep, and how backups will work.

  3. 3

    Build

Small, tested steps, with a working version you can try on your own computer along the way.

  4. 4

    Go live

Install it, train your staff, and stay available for fixes in the first weeks.

Questions clients ask

Does it really work without the internet?

Yes. The POS keeps all its data on a local database on your computer, so selling never depends on a connection.

What happens to my data if the computer breaks?

We agree a backup plan before go-live, so your sales and stock records can be restored on a new computer.

Does it run on Windows?

Yes. The POS is a Windows desktop application.

Can it be changed to fit my shop?

Yes. It is built for your shop, so screens, products and reports follow how you work instead of a generic template.
